No. On a contingency basis FCS is paid only if you choose to employ or contract with a psychiatrist that we have referred to you.

Yes. Clients are free to use other recruiting firms; however, we feel that once you compare the service and value of FCS, you will want to use our firm exclusively.

FCS recruiters will conduct reference checks of candidates for our own purposes. We will pass on any gathered information to our clients. At the same time, we also highly recommend that clients conduct their own reference checks.

Yes. The agreement signed by FCS and our clients will outline details of this guarantee period.

In the majority of cases, the client company will pay for ordinary expenses incurred for the interview. In some situations, the client may ask that expenses are paid for by the candidate. At no time does FCS pay for interviewing expenses.

FCS has the largest database of psychiatrists in the country. Because of our stature in the business and visibility through advertising, we receive hundreds of CVs each year from motivated, highly qualified psychiatrists.
