Bob Toth
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Toth is the President/CEO of FCS Inc. Bob has owned and operated FCS for over 29 years in the same location. Before he was in recruiting, Bob was a national sales and marketing manager with a fortune 500 company.
He is originally from Morgantown, West Virginia and has been in Bowling Green for over 32 years. He is married to Nancy Toth and they have 1 daughter and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and he is an active member of a daily “Walking Group” in Bowling Green.
Bob has a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and Master’s degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He covers the Pennsylvania and Florida territory in the United States.

Dale Taylor
Vice President of Client Services
Dale was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 21, 1969. Most of his toddler years were spent in Germany because of his father’s service in the Armed Forces. At the age of 10 his family moved to Bowling Green, KY where he and his younger brother grew up. In school, he loved sports playing football and baseball. Most of his summers as a child were spent visiting family back home in MO.
In 1997, Dale graduated from Bowling Green Technical College. He worked in the maintenance and building trades for several years until he and his father started their own home remodeling and service company, Taylor Home Service. After his father passed away in 2001, Dale continued his business for a few years then joined FCS, Inc. where he has now been for the last 5 years and has a true passion in service to his clients, the candidates and their needs.
Dale is married to Jennifer Taylor, and they have three daughters, Audrey, 17, Ashlee, 15 and Layna, 4. Dale loves the outdoors, spending time with his family and friends canoeing, camping, boating, fishing and traveling.
Dale covers the South East region of the United States.

Jason Honshell
Vice President of Client Services
Jason Honshell is a Senior Account Executive in his second year at FCS. He is a life-long resident of Bowling Green, KY and a 1995 graduate of Western Kentucky University. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Public Administration.
He is married to Lori Beck Honshell and they have 3 boys Preston 12, Mason 11, and Landon 6. Jason is a dedicated family man who enjoys athletics and coaching his boys football and baseball teams. In his free time you can find him on the golf course or at WKU athletic events.
Jason covers the mid south to south east territory of the United States.

Michael Vernon
Account Executive
Michael Vernon was born in Southern Kentucky. He is an alumnus of Middle Tennessee State University with a double major in Aerospace and Psychology. Michael spent the past 10 years living and working in New York City. He returned to Kentucky in later summer of 2011 and is eager to help both clients and candidates at FCS.
Michael has many interests including basketball, snow-skiing, fishing, travel, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Michael covers the New England territory.

MaryEllen Tanaro Davis
Account Executive
MaryEllen is originally from Yonkers, New York. She moved to Kentucky at the age of 8 in 1980. She is the youngest of 4 kids and is very close with her family.
MaryEllen enjoys sports, outdoor activities and being with family. She is married to her best friend Matt, and they have 2 children, daughter Matti and son Dominic.
She enjoys being on stage and singing with her sister. She has performed on the Grand Ole Opry and The Charlie Daniels show as well as many other venues. She enjoys people and loves the rewards that come from helping others.
She is an accomplished songwriter and a member of BMI Publishing.
MaryEllen is in her first year with FCS.

Chris Madison
Account Executive
Chris Madison is a life long resident of Warren county. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and worked in pharmaceutical sales in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Chris has worked in medicine and medically related fields for over 20 years.
In his free time Chris enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing with his son Ethan and daughter Elle.

Jay Holland
Account Executive
Jay Holland is from Scottsville, Kentucky and has two children. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in History and his Master’s Degree (M.Ed.) in Education from Western Kentucky University.
Jay was an educator and coach for 9 years and then served as an executive with a non-profit for the last 5 years. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, sporting events and spending time with his children.
Jay covers portions of the Midwest along with the Mountain West. He is in his first year with FCS and is very excited to work with our candidates and clients.

Deborah Young
Account Executive
Deborah grew up in Bowling Green, KY as a child and has since returned. Deborah spent the majority of her life living in Franklin, KY. She attended Western Kentucky University in 1986 and completed her Bachelor’s degree at Mid-Continent University in Mayfield, KY.
Deborah has 3 adult sons (Joshua, Dathien and Antonio) who she refers to as her “Three Musketeers”. She is also the proud grandmother of 3 grandsons and one most recent granddaughter.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her “Three Musketeers” and grandchildren. Deborah enjoys motivating, inspiring, encouraging and helping others. She is a firm believer that what you give in this life will eventually come back.
Deborah is in her first year with FCS and is excited about working with our candidates and clients.

Stephanie Strain
Office Manager
Stephanie Strain is our office manager in her first year at FCS. Stephanie has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Draughons Junior College in Bowling Green, KY and is a US Navy veteran. She has been married to her husband Jason for 19 years and they share 3 daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching her girls play softball and volleyball.
