Description
Large Behavioral Health Network looking for a permanent child psychiatrist for M-F 8-5…40 hrs/week. The position is for a community mental health center outpatient physician. This is an employed salary position with full benefits. Salary is contingent on experience. Some incentives based on volume of patients seen Day to day tasks include initial evaluations, med management, and supervision of NPs/therapists. Some call requirements, but limited, very flexible, and by telephone from home. New evaluations – 1 hour allotted Medication rechecks – ½ hour. However, there is incentive for seeing more patients Notes can be hand written or dictated – at the discretion of the MD. Position entails talking and working with therapists supervision of NP working in mental health clinics in city Middle and High Schools (optional)
