We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead an OnTrack program supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is community-based, relationship-driven, real-life care.

You’ll guide a passionate clinical team, support families during overwhelming moments, and help young people reclaim their footing at a critical point in their lives.

🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, mentor, and support a skilled clinical team
• Provide individual and family therapy
• Oversee intakes, discharges, and program flow
• Build strong community partnerships
• Create a culture focused on dignity, recovery, and long-term outcomes

🎓 WHAT YOU BRING

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Florida licensure (or near-eligible): LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Leadership experience in mental health or youth settings
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
• A real belief in human potential
