You will:

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Do real clinical work (not just emails and meetings)
• Guide treatment planning without micromanaging
• Keep the program on track (hence the name 😏)
• Be trusted to lead — not babysat

You will not:

• Be abandoned

• Be “figuring it out alone”

🎓 THE “YES, YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED” SECTION

You need:

• A Master’s degree (MSW, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or similar)
• A Florida clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred)
  • License-eligible candidates may be considered if strong
• Experience with:
  • Serious mental illness
  • Psychosis / early-episode populations (big bonus)
• Background in community mental health
• Prior leadership, supervision, or “everyone already asks you for help anyway” experience
