đ§ ONTRACK SUPERVISOR â CAPE CORAL, FL (Early Psychosis Program | Clinical Leader | Flip-Flops Encouraged After Work) Letâs start with the most important question: đ Do you want a leadership role where your job is NOT to put out fires caused by bad systems? Good. Because thatâs what this is. đ¨ WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not a job where: - You chase paperwork like a feral raccoon
- You âsuperviseâ from a calendar full of pointless meetings
- Youâre told burnout is âjust part of community mental healthâ
- You daydream about fake dental appointments to escape
Hard pass. đ§ WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS You are the calm, steady, competent adult leading an early psychosis program that actually changes lives. You will: - Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Do real clinical work (not just emails and meetings)
- Guide treatment planning without micromanaging
- Keep the program on track (hence the name đ)
- Be trusted to lead â not babysat
You will not: - Be abandoned
- Be micromanaged
- Be âfiguring it out aloneâ
đ THE âYES, YOU MUST BE QUALIFIEDâ SECTION (Weâre funny, not reckless.) You need: - A Masterâs degree (MSW, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or similar)
- A Florida clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred)
- License-eligible candidates may be considered if strong
- Experience with:
- Serious mental illness
- Psychosis / early-episode populations (big bonus)
- Background in community mental health
- Prior leadership, supervision, or âeveryone already asks you for help anywayâ experience
If people already come to you when things get complicated⌠congrats, youâre halfway there. đ§ SKILLS THAT MATTER MORE THAN BUZZWORDS - You stay calm when things get messy
- You donât lead with ego
- You balance structure + humanity
- You understand that early intervention can literally change a life trajectory
If that resonates, keep reading. đ´ WHY CAPE CORAL? Because leadership roles are easier when: - The sun is out
- Your drive home doesnât raise your blood pressure
- You can decompress near water instead of screaming into traffic
This job is serious work. Your off-hours shouldnât be. đŻ FINAL VERDICT This is a rare clinical leadership role for someone who: - Still wants to do meaningful clinical work
- Knows how to lead people without crushing them
- Wants impact and a life
- Prefers palm trees to parking garages
Youâll go home tired â but proud, fulfilled, and not questioning every life choice youâve ever made. And honestly? Thatâs the dream. |
