BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SPECIALIST
Full Time
Needed to provide behavioral interventions and other community support wraparound services to Adults in homes, personal care homes and clinic-based settings.
-Services are provided in conjuction with Primary Therapist, Case Manager and other team members.
-Flexible Hours are necessary
-Must be able to travel to other surrounding counties
-Must be able to work evenings and some weekends
-Position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
