Job Description
New job for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in our outpatient community clinic, you will provide comprehensive mental health care through diagnostic assessments and personalized treatment planning for a diverse patient population. You will manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects while utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and social workers, you will participate in integrated care coordination to address the holistic needs of each client. You will also offer crisis intervention and psychoeducation to empower patients and their families in managing chronic mental health conditions within the community setting. Finally, you will maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. This job pays 166k per year.
