| We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health support and counseling services to our clients. This is an outpatient role in the Richmond Virginia area. In this role, you will diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, conduct psychosocial assessments, and build personalized, evidence-based care plans. You will also provide individual or group therapy and intervene during crisis situations. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and have an active state LCSW license with clinical experience.
